1. Local Client Calculations & Privacy by Design

CreatineIQ is engineered with a strict "Privacy-First / Client-Side Processing" architecture.

All calculation inputs—body weight, lean body mass, body fat percentage, sex (optional), diet type, training intensity, your daily dose limit, and the brain-health protocol you choose—are computed strictly locally inside your web browser.

We do NOT collect, transmit, upload, or store these inputs or your results on any server or third-party database. They are never placed in the page address, so they cannot reach our analytics either.

Your browser does keep a small amount of data on your own device: a cached copy of the site's pages and files (stored by our service worker so the site loads quickly and works offline), your light/dark theme preference, and a flag recording whether you have dismissed a site message. None of it is sent to us, and clearing your browser's site data removes all of it.

2. Contact Form Submissions

When you submit an inquiry via our Contact Form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide (such as your name, email address, and message content).

This information is used strictly to process and respond to your inquiry. Messages are delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend, which processes them on our behalf, and we keep them in that inbox for as long as we need to answer you and to keep a record of any corrections we make. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

To keep the form free of spam, our host's firewall limits how many messages can be sent from one IP address in any ten minutes. It does not see or store your message.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information to third parties, nor do we add your email address to marketing mailing lists without explicit consent.

3. Analytics & Performance Monitoring

We utilize privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics and performance tracking services (such as Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights) to evaluate overall site health, page load speeds, operational uptime, and generalized visitor volume.

These metrics are collected anonymously and in aggregate. They do not cross-track users across unrelated websites, nor do they collect personally identifiable information (PII).

4. Google AdSense, Advertising & Cookies

CreatineIQ partners with Google AdSense and third-party advertising networks to serve advertisements when you visit our site.

• Google AdSense & Third-Party Vendors: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites on the Internet.
• Personalized Advertising: Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites across the Web.
• Consent: Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's certified consent management platform before personalized advertising cookies are used, and can change that choice at any time from the privacy link it provides.
• Opting Out: Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalized advertising by visiting AboutAds.info.

5. Donations

Our Support page loads PayPal's donate button, whose image is served by PayPal. If you donate through PayPal, the payment is handled entirely by PayPal under its own privacy policy; we receive only the details PayPal shares with recipients. Cryptocurrency donations are recorded on public blockchains, which we do not control.

6. External Links

Our Service includes links to external third-party websites, including peer-reviewed medical publications and academic citation indices (such as PubMed and PubMed Central). CreatineIQ is not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or content of third-party external resources.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how it is used. Because calculator inputs never leave your browser, the only personal information we hold is what you send us through the contact form. To make a request, email contact@creatineiq.com.
